Seek the Peaks

Post Event Report:
- We had 9 groups take the Learn to Geocache Course.
- 37 people ventured out onto the Nordic Trail system east of the Village to find the 20 caches hidden out there on the Saturday.
- 57 cachers went up the mountain to find the 21 caches in the alpine on Sunday.
- Sun Peaks and Kelly Hansen were very generous with prizes for participating cachers.
- All 41 new caches have now been published on geocaching.com.
- A long-term goal will be to replace the containers to make them more winter-proof and restock the caches for the future.
- We will talk about another geocaching weekend opportunity for the future and maybe some new geocaches for that area.
